On the Schafberg plateau non-skiers can enjoy the extensive sun terrace with its panoramic views, and the winter walking track.

And thanks to Gargellen's altitude (the valley station is situated at a height of 1,423 metres above sea level), not to mention the artificial snow-making equipment, you can be sure of sufficient snow from December right through till April.
