The soft bath : the healing power of Nature
It's like floating on a cloud! Drifting free, supported in a totally relaxed position in an ambience warmed to the perfect temperature. Apart from the psychological benefits of this virtually weightless experience, it also completely relaxes the muscles and works wonders for the spine. At no time during this treatment does the guest come into contact with the water. The body is covered in a thin layer of foil and wrapped in Water Soft-Packs, which have been pre-heated to a temperature of 37 degrees. As a result, the body experiences the so-called occlusion effect, whereby the absorption rate of the skin is increased to a factor of 10. The support is then lowered, and the body remains in a state of free suspension. The treatment lasts 30 minutes, and can be enhanced by the use of gentle background music and a subsequent massage.
